About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong technical profile to lead complex eCommerce builds, migrations, and integrations on Shopify Plus. You'll be the connective tissue between clients, engineers, designers, and strategists owning timelines, budgets, and communication across multiple concurrent projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and knows how to translate technical complexity into clear plans and confident client conversations.

What You'll Do

- Own the full project lifecycle for Shopify Plus builds, replatforming projects, and technical integrations from scoping and kickoff through launch and post-launch support
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, budgets, and deadlines without dropping the ball
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA, keeping everyone aligned and unblocked
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, running status meetings, managing expectations, and communicating progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and workflows in Asana and JIRA
- Identify risks early,



escalate appropriately, and drive projects back on track when things shift
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our project management processes and delivery standards

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of project management experience in the e-commerce space
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Shopify Plus is a must : you understand the platform, its ecosystem, and what it takes to deliver on it
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time; agency experience is a strong plus
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, JIRA) and communication platforms (Slack)
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional teams
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
