Scope of Work:

- The team is seeking a Salesforce Developer with deep Salesforce Data Cloud expertise to design, build, and optimize scalable customer data solutions. The role centers on data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, calculated insights, and activation use cases that unify customer data and drive intelligent engagement across platforms. The objective is to deliver robust, scalable Data Cloud solutions that improve customer data quality and enable actionable segmentation and audience activation with measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement Data Cloud solutions spanning data streams, data model mapping, identity resolution, data harmonization, calculated insights, and segmentation.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and internal or external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL patterns.
- Partner with business, product, and architecture teams to translate customer data and activation requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize activation workflows that connect Data Cloud audiences and insights to downstream systems.
- Support data quality, governance, security, and compliance best practices across customer data platforms.
- Troubleshoot platform, data ingestion, and activation issues,



and recommend durable improvements.
- Document technical designs, data flows, and operational runbooks.
- Stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud features, release updates, and implementation best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and activation concepts.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce platform integration patterns.
- Strong SQL, data modeling, and data transformation skills.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and enterprise integration architectures.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or related Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud, or other customer engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, CDP architecture, and event-driven integrations.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
