SAP TM Solution Lead — Argentina

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Solution Lead to drive the functional delivery of our SAP Transportation Management solutions. This role leads the day-to-day configuration, testing, and delivery of the SAP TM workstream, manages a team of consultants, and acts as the primary functional point of contact for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the functional design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) solutions, working closely with the Solution Architect.
- Own the day-to-day SAP TM functional workstream: requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, configuration, and testing.
- Coordinate and mentor a team of SAP TM functional and technical consultants; assign tasks and review deliverables for quality and timeliness.
- Configure and support core SAP TM processes: order management, transportation planning and optimization, freight tendering, freight settlement, and charge calculation.
- Manage functional testing cycles (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) and drive defect resolution to closure.




- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders on SAP TM functional topics; run status meetings and manage scope and timeline.
- Prepare functional documentation and training materials, and support cutover and hypercare activities.
- Escalate architecture or design risks to the Solution Architect and propose remediation options.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of SAP experience, including at least 3–4 years focused on SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM, S/4HANA TM preferred), across at least one full implementation lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) is not required for this role; exposure to it is a plus.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP TM: order management, transportation planning, freight tendering, and freight settlement.
- Experience leading or co-leading a small functional/technical team.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate or agile delivery methodology.
- SAP TM certification is a plus.
- Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.

Language Requirements Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) is required, plus a professional working level of English for interaction with general stakeholders and documentation
