Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Solution Lead to lead functional solution delivery and provide subject matter expertise across SAP TM implementation and transformation initiatives.

The adecuado candidate will have strong experience with SAP TM, transportation and logistics processes, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end solution delivery. The Solution Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to ensure successful design and delivery of SAP TM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the functional solution design and delivery of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP TM functional solutions.
- Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions with business stakeholders.
- Provide subject matter expertise across transportation and logistics processes supported by SAP TM.
- Work closely with Solution Architects and technical teams to ensure successful end-to-end solution delivery.
- Support configuration, functional design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and solution improvement opportunities.




- Coordinate with other SAP functional teams to support end-to-end business process integration.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business requirements and the proposed solution.
- Travel on demand based on project and client requirements.

Required Skills and Experience
- Strong experience as an SAP TM Solution Lead, SAP TM Lead Consultant, or Senior SAP TM Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
- Solid understanding of transportation, logistics, freight, and supply chain business processes.
- Experience supporting SAP TM implementations, rollouts, or transformation programs.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and leading functional workshops.
- Experience with SAP TM integrations and interaction with other SAP modules and enterprise systems.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead functional solution discussions and drive delivery activities.

- English – Professional / Fluent

Location and Travel
- Candidate must be located in Argentina.
- On-demand travel may be required based on project needs.
