We’re Hiring: Senior Enterprise Architect (Salesforce & MuleSoft)

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to provide architectural leadership across Salesforce, MuleSoft, cloud infrastructure, integrations, security, data, governance, and production operations.

Key Role Details

- Role: Senior Enterprise Architect – Salesforce & MuleSoft
- Modernization Scope: Scalable platform architecture, legacy integration, high-volume data models, and enterprise governance.
- Schedule: Standard business hours in PST.

Key Responsibilities

- Architectural Leadership: Lead Salesforce and MuleSoft solution architecture, establish technical standards, design roadmaps, and guide delivery teams.
- Data & Cloud Management: Administer cloud environments and design Salesforce data models supporting 5M+ records.
- Integrations & APIs: Design MuleSoft integrations using API-led connectivity and ESB patterns; connect Salesforce with legacy systems, databases, and external platforms.
- Security & Operations: Define API gateway, orchestration, and error-handling standards; oversee Salesforce security and governance; lead production troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Cloud & Salesforce Admin: 4+ years (within the last 7 years)



administering cloud environments and Salesforce apps.
- Salesforce Architecture: 3+ years (within the last 7 years) designing/implementing Salesforce architecture for projects with 5M+ records (covering data, security, performance, and migration).
- MuleSoft Integration: 3+ years (within the last 7 years) in MuleSoft architecture (API-led connectivity, ESB patterns, orchestration, monitoring).
- Technical Leadership: 4+ years (within the last 7 years) as an Architect/Tech Lead overseeing data-model design, middleware integration, API gateway configuration, and enterprise governance.
- Large-Scale Production Support: 2+ years (within the last 5 years) supporting a large-scale Salesforce/MuleSoft environment (5,000+ users, 3+ business areas, 5+ locations).
- Security & Monitoring Tooling: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Shield, Salesforce Event Monitoring, or MuleSoft Runtime Manager.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in State & Local Government or public-sector environments.
- Active Salesforce Architecture or MuleSoft Architecture/Developer certifications.
- Hands-on integration experience with legacy/mainframe systems or public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, OAuth, OpenID Connect, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and highly regulated environments.
