You are comfortable navigating complexity, collaborating with developers and creatives, and translating ambiguity into clarity.

What you’ll do

- Conceptualize and design interactive digital experiences across multiple platforms and touchpoints
- Define and evolve design systems, interaction patterns, and best practices across projects.
- Translate business objectives and user needs into compelling UX/UI solutions
- Optimize user flows, interactions, and visual storytelling
- Collaborate closely with developers through design handoff, implementation, and QA.




- Guide teams on complex projects and contribute to design strategy discussions
- Conduct user research and apply insights to improve product experiences
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies in interactive design (AI, Spatial, WebGL, Creative coding)

What we’re looking for

- Strong experience designing for web, mobile, and responsive environments
- Knowledge of UX/UI methodologies and user-centered design principles
- Strong understanding of motion design, behavior, transitions, and micro-interactions
- Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe CC, and collaborative design workflows
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AI assisted design tools and best practices.

Requirements:

- +5 Experience working directly with clients
- Portfolio required
- Bilingual English/Spanish
