We seek a UX Content Strategist who will be the bridge between complex insurance products and simple, intuitive user experiences. You won’t just write copy; you will craft digital narratives, design conversational flows, and leverage AI to build clear and accessible products.

What will help you succeed:

- Proven experience in UX Writing, Content Strategy, and Information Architecture within digital products (preferably in Insurtech, Fintech, or regulated industries).
- Strong sensitivity for product narrative and ability to translate complex insurance concepts into human, accessible microcopy under clear language principles.




- Experience defining conversational flows and information structures using a Content UI System to maintain brand and UI consistency.
- Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to explore copy alternatives, adapt tones to user contexts, and accelerate content modeling.
- Ability to design and execute content comprehension tests to validate the effectiveness and clarity of user-facing copy.
- Exceptional communication skills and empathy to adapt content across critical user journeys (from onboarding and purchasing to claims management).

Nice to Have

- Experience working directly in cross-functional product teams alongside UX/UI designers, Product Managers, and Legal/Compliance teams.
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and content management workflows.
