Video Editor / Advertising SpecialistOur rapidly growing e-commerce beauty brand is looking for an experienced Video Editor / Advertising Specialist to join our creative team and play a key role in our next phase of expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social-first video, understands performance-driven creative, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Create high-performing marketing videos for brand advertising, organic social media, website content, and product launches
- Conceptualise, brainstorm, and storyboard creative ideas that align with brand direction while driving engagement and sales
- Edit and optimise video content for performance across paid and organic channels
- Select and implement appropriate audio, graphics, animations, and visual styles for each project
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, platforms, technologies, and best-in-class creative
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to iterate and improve content based on performance insights
- Produce advertising videos for the following platforms:
- Facebook and Instagram
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok
- Snapchat




- Pinterest
- YouTube

Nice to have, but not essential:

- Experience creating 3D motion graphics and animations

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven videography and video editing experience within the social media and digital advertising space
- Strong marketing mindset with an understanding of what makes content scroll-stopping and conversion-focused
- Demonstrated experience creating high-impact “stop-scroll” content
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro
