Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee our operations in Santa Fe Springs, CA and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to achieve targets

Lead and develop a team of operations managers and staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across the organization
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
Travel within the region as needed to oversee operations and build relationships with clients and team members
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fiel
