Job Description & Summary
- Main responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of a cloud-based time capture solution across different member firms globally.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders during implementation activities, workshops, and solution discussions.
- Partner with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Development teams, and Operations to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to support IT transformation and change management initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and align business requirements with IT capabilities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and service optimization efforts.
- Monitor SLAs, drive operational excellence, and enhance customer/user experience.
- requirements
- +5 years of experience leading IT transformation initiatives and operational projects.
- Experience working in integral and cross-cultural environments.




- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Background in change management, PMO, portfolio management, or enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Experience managing customer relationships and service delivery.
- Knowledge of information security standards (ISO 27001 is a plus).
- Customer-oriented mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
