This role is designed for a Business Transformation Manager who thrives at the intersection of process transformation, technology, and delivery ownership, including data and AI enabled change. As a Business Transformation and Enablement Manager, you will proactively identify opportunities for improvement, shape fit-for-purpose solutions and take end-to-end ownership of transformation initiatives. You will work in high-impact environments that emphasize accountability, collaboration, and the delivery of measurable outcomes.

The opportunity
As a Transformation Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving large-scale transformation across EY General Delivery Services. You will diagnose current-state business processes,



identify improvement opportunities, and design data-driven solutions. Working closely with cross functional teams, you will develop and deploy transformation initiatives, while partnering with the business to enable adoption and scale impact.
