We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support our business operations across Latin America.
This role will focus on data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and providing operational support to the sales team.Responsibilities:Support sales operations and reporting activities.Maintain and analyze sales data and key performance indicators.Prepare reports and dashboards to support business decisions.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.Support the management and tracking of sales opportunities.Identify opportunities to improve internal processes.Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other teams across the region.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar positions.Experience working in the technology industry is preferred.Advanced Excel skills.Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.Intermediate to advanced English.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
