The Role: JR HR Specialist (Full time -1 year contract- HR Area generalist role) The Location: Buenos Aires The Team : The Corporate People Partner team provides support and coverage to Public Affairs, Legal, Global Risk Assurance, Finance & Strategy, Digital Technology Services, Corporate Responsibility and D&I;, People and the Office of the CEO on a global basis. This team is responsible to interplay effectively with all COEs in the People Function and our business stakeholders, in addition drive Core people process in these functions as well as organizational design and general support. The Impact :

The Junior Analyst will support the global team of People Partners as they address strategic initiatives in the Corporate area and will provide overall support for core process. This role will be key to take operations to the next level and consolidate team effectiveness. The role will assist People Partners in the management of workforce planning derived from the business strategy to ensure alignment of resources and capabilities with business priorities. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with People Partners global team to support talent management initiatives and programs established for the client groups - Support People Partners on people planning and development processes including organizational structures - Collect and generate relevant insights to inform decision-making process. - Support core people processes end to end - Assist in Workforce management process - Ad hoc PowerPoint presentations - Responsible for proper interlock with People Services to ensure People data is updated in Workday - Logistical support and interlock for Offsite/Onsite and articulate training needs by Functions, not in Talent agenda What We’re Looking For: Basic Qualifications: - Advanced student or recently graduated of Human Resources (Business or related fields with HR work experience) - 1+ years of HR work experience in a multinational environment (internships apply) - Advanced English written and verbal skills - Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint - Able to do English presentations to a global team - Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail - Creative and innovative thinking skills - Performs well under pressure - Enjoys to work in fast-paced environment - High intellect and sound judgment; Intellectual curiosity - Able to manage confidential information - Passion for operational excellence - Global mindset as well as process improvement mindset - WorkDay Experience is preferred 203 - Entry Professional (EEO Job Group) (inactive), 20 - Professional (EEO-2 Job Categories-United States of America), HUMRES203 - Entry Professional (EEO Job Group)
