We are seeking a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Ternium - S4 HANA Assessment. The client is GRUPO TECHINT, a company specializing in engineering and construction, steel production, and mining, operating across multiple countries with a focus on industrial solutions and infrastructure development.

Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your day-to-day activities will include assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and business solutions. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of your role. Advanced proficiency in SAP MM is required.
Develop comprehensive process models and documentation to support business transformation initiatives.




Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and technology integration.
Support the evaluation and implementation of new business solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather detailed requirements and validate proposed solutions.
Analyze data trends and provide insights to influence strategic decisions and enhace project outcome
