About the role

We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand that reinvented our product category. That's what took us to 8 figures this year and the highest scale on Meta in our space, and we're still growing quickly. A lot of that growth comes from customers who find us through word of mouth and bring their friends along.

We scaled on a small set of creatives that consistently perform, and now we want to build on that momentum. We're hiring one creative strategist to take full ownership of our creative and help grow this brand alongside our founder.

What you'll own

- Understanding our customers deeply through Reddit, Amazon reviews, TikTok comments, and DMs.




- Developing angles and customer avatars others in our space aren't exploring.
- Writing the scripts and briefs our editors bring to life.
- Reading performance data and deciding the next test — then the next.
- Building a repeatable creative system so consistent wins become the norm rather than luck.

What we're looking for

We care more about how you think than about your resume. You'll thrive here if you:

- Study ads closely and have clear opinions on why a hook works.
- Have direct response marketing in your background.
- Move quickly and would rather test than debate.
- Treat feedback as information that sharpens your work.

This may not be the right fit if you're looking for a highly structured 9-to-5 with a fixed script quota, or if you're newer to direct response and after your first role in it.
