Account Manager (On-site, Núñez, Buenos Aires)
Menaia is a field service management platform for home service businesses in the US: insulation, HVAC, roofing, plumbing and electrical. Our customers are owners running crews in the field. You will be the person who gets them live, keeps them running and makes sure they get value out of the product.
What you will do
- Own onboarding for new accounts: kickoff call, account setup, data migration, training, go-live plan and follow-up
- Be the main point of contact for your accounts. Answer fast, solve problems, escalate to product when needed and close the loop
- Configure and maintain the CRM: pipelines, stages, fields, automations, reporting
- Build and maintain email automations and sequences for onboarding, adoption and re-engagement
- Run calendars and scheduling for onboarding sessions, check-ins and reviews
- Communicate new releases and feature updates to customers and drive adoption
- Track account health and flag risk before it becomes churn
What we need from you
- Demonstrated experience building and running SaaS onboarding plans. Not theory,
vigente accounts you took from signed to live
- Hands-on CRM management. Tell us which CRM and what you built inside it
- Hands-on email automation experience
- Solid calendar and scheduling discipline
- High level English, written and spoken. Every call, email and internal conversation is in English with US customers and teammates
- Clear, calm communication under pressure. Our customers are business owners with crews waiting on them

- Experience with GoHighLevel
- Experience with US service businesses, trades or contractors
- Comfort building simple documentation and training material
The details
- Monday to Friday. Four days on-site at our office in Núñez, Buenos Aires, and Fridays remote
- Hours between 9:00 and 18:00
