Role Description The AI Developer Engineer – English Required role at Reality Systems is a full-time remote position focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and systems. Day-to-day tasks include developing and testing algorithms, building and maintaining software components that integrate AI features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

The role involves working with neural networks and natural language processing (NLP) models, performing pattern recognition on complex datasets, and refining models based on performance metrics and user feedback. The engineer will write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews,



document technical designs, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly in English. The position requires proactive problem-solving, ownership of deliverables, and ongoing learning to keep solutions aligned with current AI and software development best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and version control tools.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for building and optimizing machine learning models.
- Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Proficiency in English for clear written and verbal communication in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Programming experience in languages commonly used for AI (e.g., Python, Java, or similar), and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
