Position Overview The Client Financial Specialist will provide administrative and operational support to both the Collections and Resolutions teams. This role serves as a key point of contact for client communications, payment tracking, account inquiries, and cross-functional coordination, helping ensure a seamless and positive client experience. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to client requests for account statements, supporting documentation, and related account information.
- Send payment plan completion confirmations and supporting reports to clients.
- Update internal systems with client payments received for outstanding balances.
- Maintain and update daily collections,



tracking lists, and account status reports.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work closely with Collections and Resolutions departments to resolve client issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in collections, customer service, financial operations, accounts receivable, account management, or a related administrative support role
- Excel Proficiency: Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, use formulas and functions, perform data lookups, filter and organize data, and generate basic reports to support Collections and Resolutions activities.
- Independent Thinking: Ability to make sound decisions, prioritize work, and resolve routine issues with minimal supervision
- Team Player: Works effectively with colleagues across departments and contributes to a positive team environment.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
