As SEO becomes an increasingly strategic and profitable business unit, the company is looking for a highly capable Creative Operations Lead to optimize delivery, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable growth across both service lines.

This is a high-impact role for an operator who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and enjoys building systems, improving workflows, and solving operational challenges proactively.

The adecuado candidate combines strong project and operations management capabilities with AI fluency, client-facing confidence, and a sharp eye for creative process improvement.

Primary Objective To serve as the operational backbone of the business by managing workflows across Web Design and SEO operations, optimizing team efficiency and resource allocation,



improving systems and tooling, and proactively solving operational bottlenecks as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management & Process Optimization

- Own day-to-day operational workflows across Web Design and SEO teams.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational gaps, and proactively implement solutions.
- Improve cross-functional collaboration between delivery, sales, and leadership.
- Build scalable SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation.

1. Resource Allocation & Team Efficiency

- Define KPIs to evaluate team utilization, productivity, and delivery efficiency.
- Analyze and recommend staffing, workload balancing, and operational improvements to maximize profitability and output quality.
- Track project profitability and operational costs.
