What You'll Do

Lead the full Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time service. Coordinate product availability and inventory management with Supply Chain and Logistics teams. Supervise master data maintenance in SAP, ensuring integrity and continuous improvement. Manage and develop the Customer Operations Specialists team, setting clear objectives and tracking KPIs.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in Customer Operations, Commercial Operations, or Supply Chain. Proficiency in SAP SD/MM and advanced Excel; experience with analytics tools like Power BI is valued. Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
