Design software architecture across the front end and back end
Design systems, model data, define clean API contracts, and structure codebases for change
Own full-stack work end to end
Build and ship modern digital products and internal platforms
Use AI intensively throughout the software development workflow
Design and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies
Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code
Work autonomously, manage schedules, and switch context frequently
Requirements
4+ years of professional developer experience (Ssr or Sr level)
Strong software architecture skills across front end and back end
Ability to design systems, model data, define clean API contracts, and structure codebases for change
Full-stack experience owning both front-end and back-end development
Intensive, demonstrable daily use of AI in software development
Autonomy and self-management without close supervision
Basic English for technical reading and basic communication
Experience designing and maintaining automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies
Demonstrated experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or similar
Ability to review, validate,



and improve AI-generated codeExperience with Go is nice to have, not required
Background in small teams, startups, or high-autonomy environments is nice to have
