 The Manager/Sr. Manager will play a critical role in the Sales Strategy and Operations group supporting the LACA direction in Argentina. This person partners closely with the sales direction to report on health of the business on a regular basis, tackles the most relevant demands to achieve growth targets and drive GTM Strategy. This person will use findings to put forth actionable recommendations to senior management. In addition to day-to-day operations, projects will include business planning, pipeline evaluation,

and ongoing performance measurement. Deliverables take the form of strategic recommendations and the operational cadence that drives growth.



 The successful candidate will be someone who can balance operational with strategic, is not afraid to ask tough questions and seek the answers, excellent analytic skills, and can handle the pressure of presenting to exec direction.



Responsibilities :





* Coordinates closely with peers and cross-organization colleagues to guide initiatives, get buy in and ensure action and adoption.

* Build an expansive internal network to bring all possible expertise and resources to bear on your projects. It is through these relationships, and the knowledge that they bring, that our sales strategy will be impactful. 

* Design, build, and implement an analytic infrastructure for looking at our business.

* Perform thorough investigation to support any recommendations you make, working with existing data resources and dong the heavy lifting yourself.

* Sell your recommendations to the executive management through exceptional presentation, tangible quantitative explanation, and mastery of qualitative factors that complement the numbers

* Evaluate the health of the business and interpret key directing indicators and performance metrics

* Craft plans to address pronounced weaknesses or areas of opportunity

* Assist in the development of GTM strategy, including evaluation and on-going ad-hoc reporting as needed.





*Desired Skills/Experience:*



* 4-8 years of work experience in Consulting, Finance or Strategy and Operations role

* Exceptional cross functional management skills and experience partnering with cross-functional teams

* Familiarity with marketing and sales of enterprise software

* Creativity and strategic thinking – and the agility necessary to master both the daily hands-on analysis and the big picture strategy

* Able to communicate clearly, effectively to senior executives

* Diplomatic and discrete

* Excellent project and time management skills

* Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency

* Extremely strong executive presentation and engagement skills

* Excellent skills in analytical and presentation tools such as Excel and Power Point

* Self-motivated with a highly collaborative style and strong influence skills

* Fluent in English; Portuguese language is a plus
