Social Media Manager (On-site, Núñez, Buenos Aires)

Menaia is a field service management platform for home service businesses in the US: insulation, HVAC, roofing, plumbing and electrical. We are building our audience from zero and we need someone to own social end to end, not just push posts live.

What you will do

- Plan and own the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Bring new content ideas every week. You are not executing a list someone else wrote
- Handle the full production cycle: concept, shooting direction, editing, publishing, community replies
- Edit vertical video daily. Reels, Shorts and TikToks with strong hooks, tight pacing and captions
- Report KPIs on a fixed rhythm: daily checks, weekly summaries, monthly reports covering reach, follower growth, cost per follower, engagement, saves and campaign progress
- Read the numbers and act on them. Tell us what to double down on and what to kill, with data behind it
- Work alongside paid media so organic and paid tell the same story.

What we need from you

- Proven experience managing social accounts for a brand or for clients, with results you can show




- Strong vertical video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or similar)
- Comfortable in analytics: Meta Business Suite, native platform insights, and building a clean report a founder can read in two minutes
- High level English, written and spoken. All communication with clients and teammates happens in English, and all content is written for a US audience
- Someone organized enough to keep a calendar alive without being chased

Nice to have

- Experience marketing to US home service or trades audiences
- Copywriting for short form video
- Basic design (Canva, Figma) for static assets

The details

- Monday to Friday. Four days on-site at our office in Núñez, Buenos Aires, and Fridays remote
- Hours between 9:00 and 18:00
- Salary in USD
