What You'll Do

Lead and manage end-to-end structural projects, including process mapping, solution design, validation with associated areas, and implementation to enhance availability and experience for sellers. Build root cause analysis in the inbound flow, leading proposals for solutions and continuous improvements with involved areas. Develop and implement flow optimization strategies, anticipating trends and proposing data-driven improvements.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields. Experience with big data, structuring analysis, and the ability to draw conclusions from data. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and SQL. Knowledge of Tableau and Artificial Intelligence is a plus. Previous experience in logistics, planning, supply chain, or consulting, preferably in dynamic or fast-growing companies, as well as leading multidisciplinary teams.
