What You'll Do
Design and build global Total Rewards programs, frameworks, and operating models that are scalable and easy to navigate. Lead end-to-end implementation of global TR programs, including compensation cycles and benefits renewals. Own the ongoing operation of TR programs, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently day-to-day.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in Total Rewards or related field. Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and HR practices. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
