Role Summary

We’re looking for a bright, hungry, and highly motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our M&A; Transaction Advisory team and support Quality of Earnings (QoE) engagements.

This is an early-career opportunity for candidates with 0–2 years of professional experience , including recent graduates. We care more about raw analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly than extensive prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean, organize, and analyze financial and transaction-level data .
- Build and maintain Excel schedules for QoE engagements.
- Assist with proof of cash, EBITDA normalization, working capital, customer/vendor concentration, and business trend analysis .
- Prepare first-pass analyses and identify unusual trends, transactions, or variances for senior review.
- Maintain clear, organized, review-ready workpapers .
- Assist with financial models and report exhibits .
- Use AI and automation tools to improve repetitive workflows and make analysis more efficient.
- Support senior team members with ad hoc financial and analytical projects.

Must-Haves





- 0–2 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field. Recent graduates are welcome.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field .
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong foundational understanding of financial analysis and demonstrated aptitude for financial modeling.
- Ability to learn new concepts, tools, and processes quickly.
- Highly motivated, curious, and eager to learn and grow.
- Comfortable using AI and automation tools and naturally interested in finding more efficient ways to work.
- Strong English communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

- Internship or previous experience in finance, accounting, FP&A;, investment banking, consulting, or a related field .
- Academic or personal projects involving financial analysis or modeling.
- Familiarity with Quality of Earnings, financial due diligence, or M&A; .
- Experience working with large datasets or transaction-level financial information.
- Experience using AI tools or automation to improve workflows.
