Responsibilities

- Design and deliver Salesforce solutions
- Produce detailed technical designs to guide implementation
- Own Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and customization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration with other systems

Requirements

- Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce with strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Hands-on familiarity with Spec Kit and Claude Code
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset




- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
- Professional English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level
