What You'll Do

Lead the OEX team for demand audiences, ensuring a safe and reliable service through process optimization. Identify improvement opportunities in the customer journey for both passengers and corporate clients. Collaborate with support teams to enhance service quality and implement AI tools to streamline operations.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience in process optimization or similar roles in tech companies. Proven experience leading teams for 2-3 years, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, and experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
