- Customer service representative to provide support for Payments Team LATAM

- Search for Proof of Payments in Banks System and provide the documentation to suppliers and internal clients.

- Responsible for documenting payments and ensuring customer service related to payments in different geographies within Latin America

- Provide support recording and processing payments for bills, taxes and other transactions, having into account Accenture internal Policies to be in compliance.

- Assists in data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Applies knowledge of processes and related systems to assist to resolve issues/problems (standard and non-standard).

- Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work

Qualifications

- English Advanced (written and spoken)

- Student of Finance, Economics, Business Administration (Nice to have)

- Proactive and results seeker
- Provide a top-quality service in all customer interactions

- Good judgement, decision making and excellent communication skills
