Mengi Inc. is a Florida-based company specializing in the international trade of printing, packaging, and bookbinding machinery. We are the exclusive distributor for DNCR (Dinçer Makina) folder gluers, with approximately 150 machines now in operation across Europe and Asia, including a recent sale into France. Alongside our new machinery lines, we buy and sell used printing and packaging equipment from leading brands including Heidelberg, Man Roland, Komori, and Bobst, working with customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

We are expanding into Latin America and adding new machinery brands to our portfolio. This role is the foundation of that expansion.

The Role

We are looking for someone already working in the printing or packaging machinery industry in Argentina. You should know this market, know these machines, and know the companies that buy and sell them. We will train you on the DNCR product line specifically, but we are not looking for someone who needs to learn the industry from the beginning.

You will cover Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Chile and other LATAM countries.

What You'll Do

- Sell DNCR folder gluers to printing and packaging companies across your territory
- Represent additional new machinery brands as our portfolio expands, so the product range you sell will grow over time
- Source used printing and packaging machinery in the region for us to purchase, and identify buyers for equipment we hold
- Work through our CRM and the contact lists we provide, making outbound calls and managing your pipeline
- Visit customers and plants in person when a deal requires it, or when we arrange a meeting for you




- Present our machines technically and commercially, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms
- Report on your pipeline, activity, and open deals

What We're Looking For

- Existing experience in the printing, packaging, or industrial machinery sector in Argentina
- Working knowledge of printing and packaging equipment and the companies that use it
- Fluent English, spoken and written. You will work daily with our team and suppliers internationally
- Native or fluent Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
- Comfortable combining daily CRM and phone work with field visits
- Willing to travel within Argentina and to neighbouring countries in the territory. This is not a desk-only role. You will be expected to leave the house and meet customers face to face.
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a pipeline across several countries
- Based in Buenos Aires or the surrounding area
- Looking for a long-term position

What We Offer

- Fixed monthly salary of USD 1,200–1,500, depending on experience, paid in US dollars
- Commission of 1% on every new machine sold, typically USD 1,000–1,500 per machine
- Commission on used machinery deals as well — we pay on the equipment we buy through you and on the machines you help us sell
- Travel and accommodation for visits outside Buenos Aires covered in full by the company. Local visits within Buenos Aires are at your own cost and typically happen around 5 to 7 times per month
- Full product training on our machinery lines
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00
- A growing territory and a growing product portfolio, with compensation reviewed as both expand
