About the role: We are seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Manage r to manage and grow the online presence of a personal injury law firm, as well as the personal brand of their lead attorney. This role requires a creative who can produce engaging content, edit short-form videos, post consistently across multiple platforms, and drive light community engagement while maintaining brand alignment and cultural relevance for a U.S. audience.

What you’ll be doing:

- Edit raw video footage (supplied by the firm/attorney) into polished, high-performing Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and feed videos.
- Curate and draft engaging, context-appropriate copy tailored to specific target audiences (personal vs. professional).
- Schedule and post content consistently across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Manage cross-platform distribution for both the law firm’s official pages and the lead attorney’s personal accounts (Facebook & LinkedIn).
- Monitor comment sections and incoming messages to conduct light engagement and foster audience connection.




- Maintain top-of-mind awareness for the attorney's personal network and professional audience.
- Adapt messaging to feel natural, authentic, and culturally relevant to a U.S. audience.
- Work closely with the lead attorney to turn raw photos, personal updates, and firm insights into high-performing social posts.

Who are we looking for?

- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts and video production for U.S.-based companies.
- Proficiency with modern video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva) specializing in dynamic, short-form video optimization (captions, pacing, hooks).
- In-depth understanding of publishing dynamics across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Experience in marketing for law firms or other competitive, high-intent local services is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive, self-directed worker capable of identifying technical risks and recommending solutions independently.
