Mandatory Requirements

- Proven Development Skills:
- Front: Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a Frontend oriented framework (NextJS, React, VueJS, etc).
- Back: Python - SQL – Mongo.
- Python frameworks (Flask, Fastapi, etc)
- CI/CD: OpendevStack (Jenkins, Openshift).
- Ansible and Ansible automation platform expertise
- Infrastructure Remote management experience
- Containerization: Docker (or Podman)
- Analytical and Collaborative Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working both independently and within a team. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration across departments.
- Proveed experience in systems integration
- Process management and requirement gathering excellence
- Automated Testing and Clean Code: Experience with automated testing frameworks, solid understanding of clean code principles and debugging/troubleshooting capabilities.
- DevOps Experience: Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, alongside practical knowledge of deploying applications on Openshift.
- Data networks basic concepts are a must
- Documentation skills
- High level of abstraction skills are a must.

Responsibilities

- Functional analysis:



Analyse business and technical requirements to define automation solutions aligned with network engineering needs. Translate user stories into actionable development tasks within an Agile/SCRUM framework.
- Solution design: establish the most effective technical solution to achieve a network automation business goal.
- Development: Develop and continuously improve our Network Automation Platform and Application under SCRUM Methodology as well as network engineering automations (operations, monitoring, demand management).
- Quality Assurance and Code Review: Implement automated testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to identify and resolve issues early. Drive code quality improvements through regular code reviews and refactoring efforts.
- DevOps and Infrastructure Management: Manage CI/CD pipelines and Openshift infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment, scalability, and high availability of the team's automations.
- Innovative Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver new features, continuously exploring and integrating new technologies to enhance development efficiency and product innovation.
- Security: Understanding security authentication and authorization mechanisms like JWT and SSO.
- Database administration: Administration of small-scale databases including schema creation, relationships and maintenance of data consistency.
