Hiring: Talent Acquisition Manager 9-figure DTC Health & Wellness Brand

Here's what you're stepping into:

We're a lean, founder-led DTC eCommerce company with a integral remote team of 70+ people, scaling fast and hiring across creative, marketing, operations, finance, and leadership.

We already have strong teams and systems in place, but one of our biggest bottlenecks now is simple: finding enough exceptional people, fast enough.

We need a Talent Acquisition Manager who can take real ownership of recruiting — not just post jobs and review applications, but proactively headhunt, source globally, assess candidates, and continuously build a strong talent pipeline.

You'll work directly with the founders and department leads. You won't be joining a slow corporate HR environment — you'll be expected to move fast, take initiative, and help us consistently bring A-players into the company.

The opportunity:



Own recruiting across the company and help us build a world-class talent function as we scale. Over time, there is significant room to grow into a broader Head of Talent /

People role and take ownership of recruiting, onboarding, retention, performance, and People Ops.

The process: This form is the first step. After that, we will select a few people for a short intro call → practical assessment → final interview + offer.

Compensation: $4,000=$6,000/month + performance bonusses

P.S.: the best person for this role won't necessarily be the person with the most years in HR. We're looking for someone proactive, commercially minded, highly organized, and genuinely great at finding and assessing exceptional people globally.
