Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Performance TV / CTV Media Buyer based in Argentina to plan, launch, manage, and optimize direct-response television campaigns across CTV, streaming TV, and/or linear TV.

This role is focused on using television and streaming media as measurable acquisition channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly within media-buying platforms, analyzing campaign and call-level data, and continuously optimizing spend based on metrics such as cost per call, qualified calls, conversions, revenue, and ROAS.

This is a part-time role requiring approximately 20 hours per week.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

· Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns across CTV, streaming TV, and/or linear television

· Media Buying: Buy and manage media directly through platforms such as Roku, Universal Ads, Vibe, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms

· Targeting Strategy: Develop targeting strategies using geography, audience data, networks, publishers, programming, and dayparts

· Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize audiences, placements, geographies, bids,



budgets, frequency, and dayparts based on campaign results

· Performance Analysis: Monitor metrics such as cost per call, qualified calls, conversion rate, CPM, frequency, revenue, and ROAS to identify what is driving vigente customers

· Testing & Growth: Work with the team to test new creatives, offers, audiences, media sources, and CTV/television inventory opportunities

· Reporting & Insights: Provide clear campaign reporting, performance insights, and actionable recommendations

Requirements

· Location: Argentina. Non-negotiable (CABA preferred)

· Hands-on experience buying CTV, streaming TV, programmatic video, and/or linear television

· Strong English, B2 minimum. Non-negotiable. The interview will be conducted ENTIRELY in English.

· Experience directly operating media-buying platforms rather than only managing agencies or external vendors

· Strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimization

· Comfortable working with data and making frequent budget and targeting decisions

· Strong analytical skills and a proactive test-and-optimize mindset

· Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Strong plus:

· Experience with direct-response television (DRTV) or campaigns designed to generate inbound phone calls

· Experience with call-driven industries such as insurance, home services, final expense/Medicare, legal, financial services, travel, or lead generation

Contract & Benefits

· This is a contractor (independent) role

· Part-time schedule: approximately 20 hours per week

· Compensation is paid in USD: $1,000–$1,250 per month

· Includes 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) and 5 sick days per year
