Role Description This full-time remote role as a Vlocity / Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect | Senior Developer at TriarIT focuses on designing, developing, and implementing scalable communications industry solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves translating business requirements into technical architectures, configuring and customizing Vlocity / Salesforce Communications Cloud components, and integrating Salesforce with external systems and data sources. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading solution design workshops, creating technical specifications, overseeing development activities, performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.

The Architect | Senior Developer collaborates closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical team members to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions and supports deployment, testing, and post-implementation optimization.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency with Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.




- Deep experience with Vlocity / Salesforce Communications Cloud, including data models, integration procedures, OmniScripts, FlexCards, and industry-specific configuration.
- Background in solution architecture, system design, and end-to-end implementation for communications or related industries.
- Experience with integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, data migration, and performance optimization on Salesforce.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, including version control, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.
- Relevant Salesforce and/or Vlocity certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, System Architect, Vlocity Developer) are strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
