About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to work cross-functionally across Mindtech, partnering with Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and leadership. This hands-on role combines solution design, AI, cloud, automation, and rapid prototyping to solve technical challenges and improve engineering capabilities across teams.

Requirements

- Strong software engineering background and experience designing scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and production environments.
- Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, security,



reliability, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to prototype solutions and evaluate technical feasibility.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

- Design and build internal tools, AI-powered solutions, automation, and technical accelerators.
- Partner cross-functionally on technical discovery, solution design, architecture, and rapid prototyping.
- Evaluate technologies and recommend scalable, maintainable solutions for internal and client needs.
- Improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment processes, and platform reliability.
- Define and promote engineering best practices and reusable solutions across teams.
- Drive engineering productivity through AI adoption, automation, and knowledge sharing.
