We are looking for an

Analytics Engineer

to help build, maintain, and improve our analytics and data ecosystem. This role will be part of the Data team and work across data transformation, integration, orchestration, and business intelligence, partnering closely with teams such as Finance and Marketing to translate business requirements into reliable and scalable data solutions.

Key Requirements

Strong SQL skills , with hands-on experience querying and transforming data in

Big Query

and building analytics models using

dbt .

Experience with

data modeling and data transformation , including building and maintaining reliable, analytics-ready datasets and implementing data quality and testing practices.

Experience building and maintaining

data pipelines and workflows using Apache Airflow , including troubleshooting and supporting production DAGs.

Experience with

data integration and ETL/ELT workflows , including:

Using

Fivetran

or similar tools to ingest data into a data warehouse such as Big Query.

Building and maintaining

reverse ETL/data activation

workflows from the warehouse to platforms such as

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Braze .

Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting

Tableau reports and dashboards .

Understanding of how to effectively model and expose

Big Query data for Tableau ,



with consideration for data quality, usability, and query performance.

Working knowledge of

Git and Git Hub , including pull requests, code reviews, and standard version-control workflows.

Strong

communication and stakeholder-management skills , with the ability to gather requirements and translate business needs from teams such as

Finance and Marketing

into scalable data solutions.

An

AI-driven mindset , with experience using AI-assisted tools such as

Claude

or similar solutions to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate development and analytics workflows. The candidate should also be comfortable identifying and proposing opportunities to leverage AI to improve processes across the Data team and broader organization.

Nice to Have

Experience with

Rudder Stack , particularly event tracking, customer data pipelines, and reverse ETL/data activation.

Experience with

CI/CD practices , particularly using Git Hub and automated workflows for data projects.

Hands-on experience working within

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .

Experience working with data in a

franchise-based business environment .

Previous experience in the

healthcare or health and wellness industry .
