Readyhubb is a SaaS platform helping beauty professionals manage and grow their businesses. We are looking for a customer-obsessed Customer Success Specialist to support beauty professionals throughout their Readyhubb journey—from onboarding to activation and ongoing support.
This is a hands-on role combining customer support, onboarding, and customer success. You will ensure new users are set up, understand the value of Readyhubb, and have an excellent experience using the platform.
