We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Client Matter Management Solutions to join our integral team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business analysis and reporting professional who enjoys transforming complex business requirements into actionable insights, driving operational excellence, and supporting critical business processes through analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What will be your impact?
- Serve as a functional expert for the Client Matter Management (CMM) portfolio, providing operational support and business guidance.
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Lead reporting initiatives and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level analytics.
- Support production operations, incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting, analytics, testing, deployment support, and strategic business initiatives.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?
- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or application support.
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into meaningful business and technology solutions.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, visualization design, and report optimization.
