The Work You'll Do:
Lead and scale our Americas Operations team in a high-impact, autonomous role.
You'll manage a team of Operations Analysts while owning the operational backbone of our delivery organization - from project setup and data governance to executive reporting and process optimization. This is a player-coach role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
More specifically, you will:
Team Leadership
- Build and develop a high-performing operations team across multiple seniority levels
- Set priorities, standards, and performance expectations aligned with delivery goals
- Act as primary escalation point for complex operational challenges.
Operational Excellence
- Drive end-to-end delivery lifecycle, project governance, and PSA system administration (Cloud Coach, Salesforce)
- Establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for capacity, utilization, forecasting, and billing
- Ensure data integrity across systems and translate complex data into executive-ready insights
- Continuously improve workflows and document operational playbooks
