Purpose of the job:
The Inside Sales Representative manages and grows a portfolio of established customers of Pharma and CP /Medical Device Packaging films. The role is responsible for driving profitable growth within the region by expanding existing customer relationships,
identifying and converting new business opportunities, and accelerating market penetration. The role serves as the primary commercial representative of kp, developing strategic customer partnerships while delivering sustainable revenue growth and market share gains. The position will be based in Villa del Totoral, Cordoba, Argentina.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Increase the existing business and brings growth within the assigned territory through customer acquisition, share expansion and market penetration.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Manage the assigned customer portfolio with accountability for revenue, profitability, growth and customer retention.
Ensure high customer intimacy, i.e. build up relationships with decision makers and understand decision-making structures of our customers and prospects e.g. purchasing, manufacturing,
