- As a Trade Lane Manager Americas, you will be responsible for managing the commercial performance and development of the Americas trade corridor. You will monitor market trends, define pricing strategies, identify growth opportunities, and support the sales organization with expert market insights. Working closely with carriers, customers, and regional stakeholders, you will ensure the trade lane remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with the company's growth objectives.

- Manage the commercial performance of the Americas trade lane, ensuring volume, revenue, and profitability targets are achieved.




- Analyze market trends and develop pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and maximize profitability.
- Identify and drive growth opportunities, implementing action plans to expand the business across the trade lane.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with carriers, customers, and regional stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and business growth.

What we would like you to bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in sea logistics, freight forwarding and trade lane management.
- Strong understanding of international shipping, freight rates, pricing, and market dynamics within the Americas region.
- Ability to analyze volume, revenue, and profitability data and translate insights into commercial actions.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across countries, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
