The Server is responsible for delivering a polished, knowledgeable, and personalized dining experience in a high-end restaurant environment. This role requires excellent product knowledge, strong service technique, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently guide guests through the menu, beverages, and overall dining experience.
The Server is expected to anticipate guest needs, communicate professionally, follow all service standards and SOPs, and consistently provide warm, efficient, and refined hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, professional, and personalized service from greeting through final farewell.
Maintain strong knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, sauces, and accompaniments.
Understand and clearly communicate food allergies, dietary restrictions, and potential allergens, following all required procedures.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage pairings.
Confidently make recommendations and upsell food and beverage items based on guest preferences.
Properly explain specials, menu changes,



unavailable items, and featured dishes.
Follow established fine-dining service standards, including proper table maintenance, course timing, clearing, and resetting.
Accurately enter orders into the POS system and verify all modifications and special requests.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, host team, and management to ensure seamless service.
Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when necessary.
Maintain excellent grooming, uniform, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
Follow all company SOPs, food safety requirements, alcohol service procedures, and cash-handling policies.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of serving experience in a high-end, fine-dining, luxury hotel, resort, or comparable restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of food, ingredients, cooking techniques, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
