We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager to own and grow our digital sales channel. You’ll be responsible for improving the entire online booking journey, identifying commercial opportunities, and turning traffic into ferry bookings, holiday packages, day tours, and vehicle reservations.

WHAT YOU´LL DO
Own the performance of our e-commerce channel and be accountable for online sales and conversion targets.
Monitor the full booking funnel, identify drop-off points, and lead initiatives to improve conversion.
Manage and optimize the online offer across ferry tickets, vehicles, holiday packages, day tours, and ancillary services.
Coordinate promotions, pricing updates, landing pages, banners, and commercial content.
Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, product mix, average order value, and channel performance.
Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, and Technology teams.




Coordinate with external developers and technology providers to improve the booking experience and resolve issues.
Ensure that analytics, conversion tracking, and e-commerce events are properly implemented and maintained.
Define, monitor, and report on key KPIs, including conversion rate, revenue, average order value, abandonment rate, and product mix.
Build and prioritize an e-commerce roadmap based on commercial impact and customer needs.
Benchmark competitors and identify new digital sales opportunities.
Continuously test improvements to content, offers, navigation, checkout, and the overall customer journey.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital business, online sales, or a similar role.
Proven experience managing an e-commerce platform and improving conversion performance.
Strong analytical and commercial skills.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, dashboards, and e-commerce
