Job Title: Marketing PM Lead
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Hybrid - 2x/week onsite at agency, 3x/week remote)

Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical PM Lead with a strong leadership vision to structure, guide, and empower our team of PMs. In this strategic role, you will not just oversee the delivery of advertising campaigns; you will act as the operational engine of the agency. You will be responsible for defining methodologies, managing team capacity, and ensuring all projects perfectly align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
People & Capacity Management:
Lead the PM team through regular 1:1 meetings to align on tasks, review project statuses, and unblock red flags.
Strategically allocate projects among PMs based on their capacity,



current workload, and seniority level.
Monitor team bandwidth to prevent burnout and proactively plan for new hires or account reassignments.
Actively support the resolution of internal team conflicts and critical project blockers.

Operational Strategy & Processes (PMO):
Define, standardize, and continuously improve the project management methodologies (Agile, Traditional, or Hybrid) utilized across the agency.
Create templates, workflows, and standard operating tools to guarantee consistency and top-tier quality in all deliverables.
Conduct daily alignments with the Operations department regarding the pipeline, priorities, and complexity of incoming projects.

Strategic Escalation & Mentorship:
Act as the primary point of escalation for the Account Director regarding critical risks, severe budget deviations, or timeline delays on key projects.
