About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable customer support solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud.

In this role, you will work on complex ticketing workflows, including case creation, routing logic, and assignment engines for field operations and compliance processes.

You will play a key role in modernizing legacy implementations by migrating Vlocity components into high-quality Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), ensuring performance, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

This position requires a strong sense of ownership, the ability to identify system bottlenecks, and the initiative to propose and implement effective solutions in collaboration with technical leadership.

Requirements

Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, routing, and assignment rules
Strong expertise in Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC) with a focus on clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Experience migrating or replacing Vlocity components (e.g., Integration Procedures,



FlexCards).
Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, including: Bulkification (no SOQL/DML in loops), Trigger frameworks (trigger-handler pattern), Security by default (FLS/CRUD enforcement).
Knowledge of systems integration architecture within ticketing or customer support ecosystems
Familiarity with customer ticketing domains.
Field operations workflows (e.g., installations, repairs, dispatching)
Compliance processes such as sanctions screening or payment verification
Upper-intermediate or higher English level (written and spoken)
