Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and coordinate junior and mid-level designers, allocating projects effectively and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team
Creative Direction & Quality: Lead creative reviews and brainstorming sessions, provide constructive feedback, and ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and brand consistency
Design Processes & Standards: Develop scalable design processes, brand guidelines, asset management systems, and a comprehensive LATAM Design Playbook, with a strong focus on the Brazilian market
Strategic & Market-Driven Design: Research LATAM and Brazilian design trends, player preferences,



and competitor activity to develop culturally relevant and data-driven creative concepts aligned with business objectives
Performance & Innovation: Analyze design performance metrics to identify successful strategies and continuously explore new formats, technologies, and AI-powered tools to improve creativity and efficiency
Design Execution: Create promotional visuals, banners, and digital assets across multiple formats, including adaptations and resizes of existing concepts
Post-Production: Handle retouching, compositing, color correction, and the integration of 3D renders, stock assets, and graphic elements to deliver polished promotional materials
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, graphic designers, and motion designers to deliver high-quality creative assets and support ongoing marketing initiatives

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Visual Design, including 1-2 years in a senior or lead rol
