Social Media Growth Manager — AI-First Content & Community Growth

$12-13 Hourly rate -40 hour work week
C-2 level English is a MUST

Love Discovery Institute (LDI) is a relationship and mental health practice focused on helping individuals and couples build healthier, stronger relationships.
We are looking for a Social Media Growth Manager who can take ownership of growing our digital presence across multiple brands and platforms.
This is not simply a “post on social media” position.
We are looking for someone who understands how social platforms grow today: content strategy, audience psychology, short-form video, community engagement, search behavior, analytics, experimentation, and AI-powered content systems.
The right person will help us build a repeatable growth engine rather than simply maintain social accounts.
THE ACCOUNTS YOU WILL HELP GROW
You will work across five connected brands/accounts:

Love Discovery Institute
Relationship education, couples therapy, intimacy, emotional health, and mental wellness.
2. Dr. Carolina Pataky
Relationship expert, Clinical Sexologist, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and founder of Love Discovery Institute.
3. Dr. Max Riv
Clinical psychologist and relationship expert.
4. TherapyScribe.AI
An AI SaaS platform built by mental health professionals for mental health professionals.
5. Siena
A personal growth and relationship app focused on relationships, emotional awareness, mindfulness, journaling, and connection.
Each account has a different audience and purpose. Your job is to understand those differences while finding opportunities for the brands to strengthen one another.
