Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to support the development of gateway ground infrastructure across the Americas. This role manages gateway site development from the early site-acquisition phase through contract award, infrastructure implementation, and formal handover to the internal delivery team, working closely with hosting partners, infrastructure vendors, local authorities, and cross-functional internal teams. This is a highly field-oriented position requiring frequent travel and regular on-site inspections throughout the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of gateway sites across the assigned region, including site surveys to assess technical, operational, regulatory, and infrastructure suitability.
- Lead commercial and technical discussions with hosting partners, landowners, and infrastructure vendors, maintaining strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage regional RFP processes, including requirements development, bidder coordination, proposal evaluation,



and support for contract negotiations.
- Conduct vendor due diligence and support the qualification, shortlisting, and selection of hosting and infrastructure partners.
- Manage zoning, planning, environmental, construction, and other permitting activities, representing the company in discussions with municipalities, regulators, and utilities.
- Oversee gateway infrastructure implementation from contract award through completion and handover to the internal delivery team.
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple sites and vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual, technical, quality, safety, and schedule requirements, including frequent site inspections to verify progress and workmanship.
