Spherical is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Client Success team. This role is idóneo for someone early in their marketing career who is highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about hospitality, digital marketing, and client service.

The Account Coordinator will support a portfolio of luxury hospitality clients across multiple marketing disciplines, including social media, paid media, SEO, content, websites, analytics, and creative services. Working closely with Account Managers, Account Directors, and departmental specialists, this person will help ensure projects move forward smoothly, client communications are organized, and deliverables are executed at a high standard.

This role offers a strong growth path into an Account Manager position for someone looking to develop strategic marketing, client relationship, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Client Support

Support Account Managers and Account Directors in managing day-to-day client relationships

Attend client meetings and capture detailed notes, action items, and follow-ups

Help prepare client agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting materials

Monitor client requests and ensure timely follow-through with internal teams

Assist with monthly reporting and quarterly business review preparation

Project Coordination

Coordinate projects across social media, paid media, SEO, content, web, analytics, and creative teams

Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure projects remain on schedule

Follow up with internal teams on outstanding tasks and deadlines

Assist with quality assurance reviews before client delivery

Maintain project documentation and client records

Strategic Development

Develop an understanding of each client’s business goals and marketing objectives





Support the development of cross-channel marketing recommendations and strategies

Stay informed on hospitality, travel, social media, and digital marketing trends

Identify opportunities to bring proactive ideas and insights to client discussions

Internal Collaboration

Serve as a liaison between client success and internal specialist teams

Help facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment and accountability

Support process improvements and operational efficiencies within the Client Success team

Skills & Experience

1 to 3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, marketing, hospitality, communications, or a related field

Agency experience is a plus, but not required

Hospitality, travel, luxury, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

Ability to build relationships with both clients and internal teams

Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, paid media, SEO, websites, and analytics, is preferred

Experience with project management tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms
